Return Window
We offer a 3-day return window. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, the product must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in original packaging
• Be in the same condition as received
• Have proof of purchase / Order ID
⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged / Wrong Product
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:
• Item is damaged
• Item is defective
• Wrong item received
We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
• Used beauty or skincare products
• Opened or tested items
• Products purchased during sale
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refund approval within 3 business days
• Amount credited within 5–7 business days
• Refund issued to the original payment method
Return Shipping
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
• GlowHer India will bear return shipping only if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong product was delivered
🔒 Return Misuse Policy (Fraud Protection)
GlowHer India reserves the right to reject returns if:
• Product has been used, opened or tampered
• Product returned damaged not due to transit
• Missing original packaging
• Return requested after 3 days of delivery
• Suspicious or fraudulent return behaviour detected
If a return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
